We Are Lions. We Are Saving Sight.

The Missouri Lions have given their volunteer and financial support to our programs since 1960. The Lions' long-standing commitment to saving sight in Missouri and around the world is immeasurable. We're proud to be the “State Sight Project” of the extraordinary men and women of the Missouri Lions.

Today, the Missouri Lions volunter with Saving Sight to donate used eyeglasses and volunteer to clean, read and sort with our Eyeglass Recycling Program. Our Eyeglass Recycling Program changes lives locally and globally. We collaborate with the Missouri Lions to collect used eyeglasses, prepare them for recycling, and provide them to people in need, free of charge.

If you're interested in volunteering with KidSight, please visit their website for more information about available opportunities! KidSight's trained technicians have conducted more than 500,000 vision screenings for Missouri children since 1995. Using a photoscreening device, they quickly and noninvasively screen children ages 6 months to 6 years old for common causes of childhood vision loss free of charge, and they refer at-risk children to eye doctors for examination and treatment.
